Greetings Validators,

The following are a couple of updates to the Monad Validator Delegation Program (VDP).

Following the temporary increase of the maximum validator commission cap from 10% to 20% earlier this year, **the maximum validator commission cap is now being adjusted to 15%.** This is in response to the continued maturation of the network and improving validator sustainability, while maintaining a balanced experience for delegators.

This change also coincides with onboarding a new wave of VDP participants, further strengthening the validator set and overall network diversity.

_Action required: All VDP participants must ensure their commission rates are at or below 15% by Friday, April 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC in order to remain compliant with the VDP eligibility criteria. Validators not in compliance after this deadline may be subject to removal from the program._

In addition to these changes, the Foundation will be delegating an additional 10,000,000 MON to Tier 4 VDP participants for a total delegation of 25,000,000 MON.

We appreciate the continued support and collaboration from all validators.
